Ordering

How do I place an order?

  • Online: www.bijouco.com . Find the item. Enter the quantity. Add it to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, proceed to the checkout.

    If you are a new customer, please register online before you place an order by mail.

    Please do not send credit card information via emails.

How do I register on your website?
Click the sign in/register link located at the top of every page.

  • If you are a new customer, please click on “Your Account” button on top right of the site. Once the account page is open, please click on “Log In” button to enable the “New Account” button.  Please fill out all your information as directed.
  • If you are an existing customer, simply fill out your email and password to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself by clicking the "Reset Password" link.

Do you have the minimums for orders?
It is $200 for wholesale (business) customers.

Other than the listed payment method, do you accept checks, wire transfers or COD?
We encourage you to use one of the payment methods listed above. However, if you really prefer other payment methods, please contact us by phone after you register online. We will then setup your account to accept these payment methods accordingly.

For checks, we must hold the merchandise till the received check gets cleared prior to our shipment.

For wire transfers, we must receive the wire confirmation number prior to our shipment.

For COD, we accept COD money orders or cashier’s check.

Do you process an order outside of the United States?
Yes. We welcome orders from countries all over the world.

How long will my shopping cart contents be saved for?
When you finished shopping but are not ready for the purchase, you may save the shopping carts by clicking the “Save” button.  The items will be saved for 7 days.

Do you store my credit card information?
For your security, we do not store your credit card information.

Do I pay sales tax?
Only customers who do not have a resale license need to pay sales tax.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled before we process them. In that case, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible with the order number. If the change is significant, we recommend you to just submit a new order and we will combine the shipping, if necessary
Orders can not be changed or canceled after we start processing them.

I could not find the item on the website I purchased before. How can I order the same products?
Our inventory is updated constantly and any items can become out of stock or disabled. If an item is disabled, you will not be able to see that from our website.
If you can not find an item online, you can not order it.

Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
No. Our online inventory is up-to date and constantly changing.

Do you have a store that I could visit and shop?
Yes. Our warehouse distribution center is located at 2200 Park Central Blvd. N, Ste. 500, Pompano Beach, Florida.  You may call us ahead of time to pick up the merchandise yourself. 

Shipping

How will my order be shipped?
Orders with standard shipping will be sent out via UPS Ground Service. This will take about 3-7 business days for delivery.  You may choose faster delivery options from shipping service drop down box when ordering.  Please note that the faster delivery service will require higher S&H costs. 

What is the cut off time to place an order and have it shipped the same day?
The order must be placed before 2:00pm EST and the item must be in stock for it to be shipped out the same day via UPS.  Please understand that there may be some cases where it takes 24 hours to ship the merchandise from the time order has been placed.
 
Any orders that are placed after 2:00pm EST will go out on the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please call our customer service for detail information regarding international shipping.

What do I do when the order status confirms delivered but I didn’t receive the merchandise?
Please contact customer service Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST at 954.971.6366 and inform your loss of merchandise. A Lost claim form will be submitted then UPS will conduct the investigation.
