Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at Bijouco. We do our best to fulfill your order exactly. However, if and when you are not satisfied with our merchandise, you may return the items per our policy as described below:

• Please notify us within 5 days of receiving product in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit.

• Items must be conditioned and packaged in a same manner as sent out from our distribution center.

• Orders must be sent back in full unless arrangements are made to refund or exchange part of the order.

• The S&H fees are non-refundable.

• Please make sure to get a return confirmation by phone or email before sending your item(s) back to us. Please note that all unconfirmed returns will be refused.

• All returns and cancels for accounts where shipments in progress will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
